All domestic US orders under 1lb ship for free via USPS First Class Mail. Any domestic order can be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail for a fee. All domestic orders over 1lb are subject to USPS Priority Mail for a fee. All international orders ship via USPS First Class International Mail if under 4lb for a fee. All international orders over 4lb ship via USPS Priority International Mail for fee. All orders ship in 1-3 business days (M-F).
Return Policy
Any products not found satisfactory can be returned according to the following guidelines. If you would like to return any item(s) in your order, please contact us within 30 days at contact@majorag.com or 907-259-3421 with your request. Alternatively, you can simply return your products to us via USPS or other preferred carrier within 30 days to:

Please include a note with your name, email address, order number and return request. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s). You should expect your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
